Wells Asset Management, Inc, is a privately held, Dallas-based asset management company that specializes in multi-family and commercial real estate management, brokerage and financing. Mike A. Wells, CCIM, CPM®, President, formed Wells Asset Management, Inc. (WAM), a Texas Corporation, in 1990 from Wells Management company which began in 1982.

The company maintains a Southwest presence with a second brokerage office in Denver, Colorado. Both offices manage an extensive portfolio that includes approximately 7000 units throughout Texas including 10 commercial properties throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. Wells ensures that each property is equipped with state-of-the-art computer software to connect to the corporate offices via the Internet. We use extensive and ongoing market research to better serve our property's owners and tenants. We offer top notch marketing services as well as lease-up capabilities for new and foreclosed properties. We continue to strive to give the best broker relations possible to our clients through ongoing communication and technological improvement of our management infrastructure.

Wells Asset Management employs a full staff to manage client leasing, property management, collections, maintenance, and customer relations. We also retain on-site professionals with expertise in real estate tax, accounting, appraisal, legalization, and engineering. Corporate memberships include the: Texas Apartment Association, Institute of Real Estate Management, North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, Mortgage Bankers Association of America, Dunn & Bradstreet, and the Better Business Bureau.

Our Financing and Brokerage division specializes in fixed rate non recourse financing, short-term mortgages, bridge loans, and equity and joint ventures. The division has brokered/financed close to a billion dollars since inception.

Mike Wells, CCIM, CPM®, President and Founder of Wells Asset Management, Inc., has over 25 years of real estate experience. Mr. Wells has extensive experience in Real Estate Management, Asset Management, Acquisition, Disposition, Brokerage, Commercial Lending and Consulting. He has been involved in the brokerage and financing of several hundred of millions dollars in investment real estate, consisting of multi-family, retail, and office assets. Mike Wells attended the Institute of Real Estate Management, is licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC), and has completed all requirements for the Certified Property Manager (CPM®). Mike has also been awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member, (CCIM) designation by the CCIM Institute.

Wayne Munsterman

Vice President, Operations

Wayne Munsterman, Vice President, has been with Wells for over 20 years and oversees day-to-day operations on the property management side of the operation as well as client relations and financials. In addition to the corporate staff, Mr. Munsterman manages and directs all the on-site community employees at the properties who run the client-based facilities.

Robert Aiello

Vice President, Brokerage and Financing

Robert Aiello, Vice President, manages the Brokerage as well as Financing for Wells Asset Management, Inc. Mr. Aiello has worked with Midland Loan Services, Inland Capital and Wells Fargo as Court Appointed Receiver on multifamily assets. Mr. Aiello is responsible for taking control of the asset, stabilizing through management, then disposing of the assets for the various financial institutions. Mr. Aiello, who specializes in financing commercial properties, joined Wells Asset Management in 1993 and since, has added many of the current multi-family properties to the company's portfolio. In addition to the acquisition and disposition of properties. Mr. Aiello is a General Partner in several properties currently managed by Wells.
