|Recommended: YesOverall, very good — The apartment grounds are nice and I feel very safe. I like the location of our building and the view. The staff’s always helpful, respectful, responsive and will work with you. The other people in our building are amiable. However the people above us stomp around all the time, and it can wake me and my husband up and it’s been going on for over a year. Additionally, the construction of the apartment itself We’re the first people to live in our apartments but the lights constantly flicker, the baseboard was cracked when we moved in, there’s different colored paint on the walls or sections where there is no paint or plaster. The current management didn’t construct the building, so I don’t hold it against them, and it’s nothing so bad as to have a huge impact on my daily life, but just be sure to closely inspect your apartment when you move in so you can let them know what’s wrong Overall, would recommend

Tyler, thank you so much for your feedback. Yes, we are well aware of the "kitty struggle". I have been working with Animal Control to decide the best time to set out traps to catch him. Unfortunately, we must wait until the weather warms up, to receive Animal Controls assistance with this. Hopefully we can rectify it soon. As for the gates, again with the weather being either cold or raining, the contractors we have hired have not been able to come out to fix the gates. We are expecting them this week to begin with the repairs. We are planning to just replace the whole gate on both sides and update the electrical as well so that this can be a permanent fix! |Recommended: NoLost my Loving Feeling — When I first moved to The Bridges on Travis I absolutely loved it. I had a one bedroom apartment in the new phase and it was perfect. All of my neighbors were quiet and everything in my apartment worked. I had to take my twin 3 year old grand children in so I had to move to a bigger apartment and was made to sign a new lease for a complete extra year, felt I should have been able to sign for 6 months but was not able to do that. This two bedroom which is the most expensive apartment at the bridges is not so great, first living, kitchen and dining are all open which is great but only half of it has crown molding which looks rather stupid, in the living room there is a wall that is separating, has crack down the seam. Master bathroom door will not stay open you have to prop it with something, I tripped in the bedroom making my bed barely hit the wall with my head and it left a hole like it is made of cardboard, I have 2 outlets in the kitchen that do not work maintenance looked at them months ago and never returned. The drawer in bottom of my stove can not be used because if you open it you can not close it. The previous manager was very friendly you would see her out and about checking on these and she would get things fixed. I really use to Love it here but now I am counting the days till my lease up and I can move out

|Recommended: YesNice place to live. — The only complaint I have is the continuous gun shooting across the street. Not sure if it is a gun range or just someone who shoots guns A LOT It is very annoying to be outside and have to listen to that.
Judith, Thank you for your 5 star review! Yes, I too have become accustomed to the gun range located across the street, being new to the Community. |Recommended: NoWell — Parking availability is horrible, no covered parking available near my apartment, and every weekend I have to hear my upstairs neighbor stomp all day.
Adrian, I am sorry to hear that you aren't having the best experience while staying with us. Unfortunately I can't do much about the parking situation, however I might be able to resolve that with a carport spot. I currently show 59 as open on my carport spreadsheet. If you would like to look and see if that would work for you, I would be happy to assign it. Also, I messaged your neighbor regarding the noise issue. Sometimes when living in an apartment, people just aren't aware that others can hear them so clearly. Sometimes a friendly reminder is all that is needed. Cons Dog parks are a good idea, but bag stock is not often kept up with so the park becomes littered with dog poop, Residents illegally parking in handicap spots due to a lack of will to walk further, dumpsters can become overfilled for a couple of days making it a bit unsightly.
Tyler, Thank you for your review. I appreciate residents input to help us better the community. I will let the guys know about the poop bags so we can get that filled, and have them stay on top of it a little better. We are currently seeking a towing company to help alleviate some of the parking issues we have been having on property. As for the trash issues, I am working diligently to resolve that. We are having constant issues with Waste Connections not coming out to empty and return the compactor when it is scheduled. I am currently seeking a new company since Waste Connections doesn't seem to want to work with us on our concerns. Please give me a little bit more time on this. |Recommended: YesBridges Review — I enjoy living here, it is quiet. I wish there was more covered parking available. It would also be nice if the fitness center were a little better. The pool was nice and kept clean last summer, but new chairs to lay out would be great.
Hi Sara, Thank you for your review. We are working on getting permission from corporate to update the fitness center and its equipment. We have also updated our current records of who has covered parking and do have some available if you would like to call the office we can see about getting you a spot. As far as chairs go for the pool, we will keep this in mind and definitely look into it as it warms up and we start to get ready to open the pool up!
