However, this is not true as the property manager myself I always work with our residents if they are not able to submit payment before the 3rd of each month.

|Recommended: NoDo not Sign lease Property Management and Pest control used does not care about the rat infestation here I have been having to pack my whole life along with my one year old son to stay somewhere every week for the past two months because mice have taken over my unit apartment 34 . They just care about getting their rent money and do bare minimum to resolve the problem. They won’t allow you to be released from paying rent nor offer another unit to stay in. All they care about is the rent and not the comfortable living for the tenants. Please don’t waste your time or money Save yourself from the troubling disgusting experience.

|Recommended: NoI do not like i can hear my neighbors through the wall and where i stay someone has there car alarm go off every morning atoumd 5 am — The property is nice and clean maintenance workers are fast but there are alot of homeless people walking around i went to go wash clothes in there laundry mat here and there was a homeless man asleep in there you hear alot of the outside noise and theres a car that there alarms go off alot you can hear through the walls. I give it a 3 out of 5

|Recommended: YesQuiet complex great price point — This is a great place to save for better things. I don’t mind living here because everyone respects each other’s space. Close enough to downtown and right across the street from the river.

|Recommended: YesI Loved it. — This place was absolutely amazing. They help me out multiple times when I've needed maintenance work and anything else accomplished. Anything that needed fixed was done within A day or 2 and they were very understanding when I needed family to come down and stay with me for a few weeks. The only reason I'm leaving is because Im moving for work.

|Recommended: YesBeen here for over 10 years and love living here. Damaris Rojas, the manager here has made this place a better place to live. She is very attentive to all of the residents needs and completes all of the needs as soon as possible. Love this place.

|Recommended: YesNice Place to Live — It is a nice quiet and small rental complex. Since it is smaller and older there isn't any community areas or work out areas, but there is a small pool and laundry facility available. Overall the attraction of this place to me is that it is mostly clean, quiet, small and no criminal activities that I have seen to date. Since there aren't patios available on the one bedroom apartments, it was nice they added gutters to the roofs this year.
