Wells Asset has managed over 15,000 units and maintains approximately 5000 multifamily units along with over 200,000 square feet of commercial properties. Mike Wells, CCIM, CPM®, President and Founder of Wells Asset Management, Inc., has 30 years of real estate experience. Mr. Wells has extensive experience in Real Estate Management, Asset Management, Acquisition, Disposition, Brokerage and financing. He has been involved in the brokerage and financing of a half billion dollars in investment real estate, consisting of multi-family, retail, and office assets. Mike Wells attended the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) is a licensed broker by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC), and has completed all requirements for the Certified Property Manager (CPM®). Mike has also been awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member, (CCIM) designation by the CCIM Institute.

Wayne Munsterman, CPM®, Vice President, has been with Wells for over 30 years and oversees all the day-to-day operations on the multifamily property management side of the operation as well as client relations. In addition to the corporate staff, Mr. Munsterman manages and directs all the on-site community employees at the properties who run the client-based facilities. Wayne attended the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) is a licensed broker by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC), and has completed all requirements for the Certified Property Manager (CPM®).
