The Chase Apartments
The Chase Apartments is a mid-sized community located only a short drive on Eastchase Parkway off of Tom Landry Highway. This convenient location offers a central location to suit different needs with easy, simple access to the Lincoln Square mall area, the Cowboys Stadium, and the Ballpark in Arlington. Although the location is grand, our community stands out by offering washer/dryer connections and fireplaces in all unit types, ceiling fans, optional plank flooring improvements, and upgraded units. Our pet friendly community is suitable for the furry family members as well. The Chase offers modern living at affordable prices, so stop in, take a tour, and see what you have been missing.

The staffs Ms Lia and Ms Cindy are very friendly and helpful, the environment is ALWAYS super clean, even though I put in a work order since I moved in for my dishwasher and my walk-in closet door and they haven’t been attended to, I’d still rate it a 5 star and recommend this apartment to everyone...

|Recommended: YesMy star average is about 3.67, so I would round that up to 4 stars — Parking Availability- 5 star- There is almost always a parking spot available right in front of my apartment
Noise- 5 star- I never hear any of my neighbors unless we are leaving our apartments at the same time.
Grounds Cleanliness- 5 star- The complex always looks clean and well taken care of
Construction Quality- 3 star- the last bedroom of the apartment gets significantly hotter than every other room in the apartment
Maintenance Staff- 1 star- I put in four work orders when I moved in a month ago, and nothing has been done about any of them.
Property Staff- 3 star- Everyone I have talked to has been kind and professional, but I have to work really hard to get things taken care of and to get people to deliver on their promises.
Overall- 4 star- Although I have had issues with receiving timely responses and getting people to do what they say they will do, everything else has been great, and I really like living here.
We appreciate your above and beyond patience as we develop new operational procedures to navigate through these unprecedented times. I will call a contractor about the back room AC today. |Recommended: NoNot a bad place to stay but in away it is cause of the charges and the rude office workers — It's alright we keep getting charges for different things that we shouldn't be charged for and the office ppl are rude
