The Chase Apartments
The Chase Apartments is a mid-sized community located only a short drive on Eastchase Parkway off of Tom Landry Highway. This convenient location offers a central location to suit different needs with easy, simple access to the Lincoln Square mall area, the Cowboys Stadium, and the Ballpark in Arlington. Although the location is grand, our community stands out by offering washer/dryer connections and fireplaces in all unit types, ceiling fans, optional plank flooring improvements, and upgraded units. |Recommended: YesNice , small affordable community — That it is very nice and affordable, the only drawback is that you can hear outside conversations through the windows and doors it startles you sometimes because it sounds like someone is in your home and the standing water in the walkway when it rains.

|Recommended: YesBest apartments in Eastchase — Everyone at The Chase Apartments is friendly. The Leasing Staff is professional and courteous. Maintenance is prompt and attentive. The apartments are very safe as there are multiple cameras and a patrol officer at night. The property is very quiet and located near shopping areas. It's next to a major highway which gives you easy access to everything in DFW.

|Recommended: YesFirst apartment — Moving in to my first apartment I wasn’t sure what to expect, I’ve heard many horror stories from friends and family about their first and I felt I had to brace myself. To my surprise though I’m pretty happy and satisfied here The staff and maintenance take care of me, the apartment itself looks feels nice for the price and my neighbors are pleasant people. I can only complain about the location, coming from nicer neighborhoods, I’m not much a fan. I understand nothing can really be done about that though, keep up the good work

|Recommended: YesNice property — Nice property, mostly quiet. I wish the gates worked, I've been told for over a year they are working on the gates to secure the area a little more, it has yet to be finished.
