The Chase Apartments
The Chase Apartments is a mid-sized community located only a short drive on Eastchase Parkway off of Tom Landry Highway. This convenient location offers a central location to suit different needs with easy, simple access to the Lincoln Square mall area, the Cowboys Stadium, and the Ballpark in Arlington. Although the location is grand, our community stands out by offering washer/dryer connections and fireplaces in all unit types, ceiling fans, optional plank flooring improvements, and upgraded units. Our pet friendly community is suitable for the furry family members as well. The Chase offers modern living at affordable prices, so stop in, take a tour, and see what you have been missing.

|Recommended: YesOne of the best places i have lived — i have lived here since Febuary 2018, I love the office staff cindy and flo are both very friendly and anytime I call with a question it is answered in a timely manner and with respect and class. we love that we have a gym and pool that we have used quite often since it opended. It is rarely noisy nor do i ever feel unsafe living there. maintenence is timely, courteuos and I feel completely comfortable with them , especially Ricky, in my apartment when I am not there,

|Recommended: YesRecommend it — Its a nice affordable apartment. Flo has always helped me to get done with any kind of help needed. I have not had any major issues so far. I always get a quick response to any kind of high priority maintenance requests. The locality is very good. They have banks, grocery stores, movie theaters etc at a walkable distance. Works well for me and would recommend it to any one.

We have never had a issue, when we have something we need fixed they are fixing it within the hour its the best.
